I see no difference between establishing, maintaining, and nurturing recruiting relationships and pathways between an individual and any number of schools any different than any other type of business. The relationships and pathways are there....hey I have a fantastic list of players, here they are, check them out here, etc. Star players shine no matter where they are. If he's getting paid to place players, then I'm sure that is some level of motivation. Not all clubs even have a college recruiter. Rev didn't have one until what 2 months ago. Parents with kids who are truly capable of competing at that level are not relying on some rando at their club to forge those paths for them. They have been involved, taking them everywhere under the sun, and establishing them on social media for years before college recruiting time. Is it a great plus to have a solid recruitment coordinator, obviously. But, having one and them getting the job done are two entirely different things.
Tell me you don't know how college recruiting works without telling me you don't know how college recruiting works.

I would be stressing more if we were at that age. Our satisfaction with the club really comes down to the coaching experience and we were not happy last year or the year before that and didn't leave. We came from two clubs that had similar admin and coaching issues. I do think a lot of this is common at local clubs. It's more of the same shit in a different package club hopping. Seeing how this season goes and will start requesting ID sessions in winter for 25/26 season if needed.

The college placement director was a full time role when it was going to be DR, this advisor role is just for Adam to save face because he lost every single coach that was introduced to the parents in the spring.

No, because they’re the goal keeper coach for all teams, so they usually don’t have their own team(s). But if there is no one else, guess they’ll need to.

No, coaching 1-2 teams is normal.
