Anyway, she's a psycho

His is so disgusted and appalled by Noem. He said she is a psychopath and would absolutely harm a human. Based on these actions.
I really hope Trump picks her as his VP

But I also don’t think the ranchers I know would just kill a dog that was only barely a year old - seems really wasteful and neglectful, which are not really characteristics of farm/ranch people.

This is actually really shocking. You put a puppy up for adoption, rather than shooting it. This isn't merely a "rural thing". She's missing a couple circuits.
It is a rural thing. I was shocked to find out there are parts of the US where squirrel or coyote hunting occur. If a freaking squirrel or coyote is hunted down, I don’t think anyone from a rural area would think twice about shooting a noisy puppy to shut it up.
There are also wildlife hunting competitions that occur as well as shooting at ducks for fun. Hunting animals is a sport in the Us and for some people, they wouldn’t stop at a puppy
Please don't compare a puppy to a freaking squirrel or duck.

Yes, and not knowing how this would play to your audience. This is clearly someone who is a sociopath. Most people who have to put a dog down talk about how upset they are. There was nothing here to suggest that. It's almost casual in terms of discussing killing a puppy.
