No one is blaming fcps. Some Westfield families felt the school should have communicated more information yesterday.
The transfers in/out has been posted on here and yes, Westfield had a lot going out and that's just a fact. If the belligerent poster wants to dig it up, he should do that.

You seem really, really focused on the idea that people who are justifiably concerned are "fear mongering." The questions in this thread have been pretty reasonable. Asking if it happened near a bus stop is pretty reasonable. Not everything is a conspiracy. People have a right to be concerned.
There is at least one and possibly a few posters on this thread who seem entirely focused on keeping any association with the murder from the school system than informing the community or making sure the kids are safe at schools or out in their neighborhoods. I wonder why that is.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:So I guess the matter was deemed too serious for the Westfield principal to communicate about and the superintendent took over.
Disagree. This is county-wide news, appropriate for the superintendent to respond to.

Westfield is not one of the sought after FCPS high schools to begin with. Way more kids transfer out of it. It has a pretty big percentage of poor kids from Herndon and the Stone area.
LOL This is not true but keep spreading your Fairfax parent BS.
Which part isn't true? Way more transfers out of Westfield then in.
Lots of poor kids from the London Towne area, the Coates area, and the aforementioned Meadows trailer park.
If it's a face site numbers and where you are getting your data. We'll wait.
Sorry, not your research assistant. I'm right about the transfers and the poor neighborhoods zoned to Westfield. Look it all up yourself.
