A Sidwell alum who, acc to other alums and parents, can’t write.
It’s not clear that the people criticizing her writing are Sidwell alums, but if they are that’s fine. Harvard and Penn alums should feel free to join in too, since she’s an alumna of those universities as well.

No one actually thinks this.

In addition to this book, Sidwell was mentioned in that new ESPN documentary series featuring Kiki Rice, Caitlyn Clark, and Kamila Cardoso. They dedicated several minutes to Kiki’s time at Sidwell, including current footage of her practicing in the gym with her dad. They didn’t even mention the name of the other two player’s high schools.
Does this help your life in any meaningful way? I swear, parents get so much juice from feeling like they're part of something somewhat famous. it's so weird.
I'm am so confused by your comment. My daughter competed against Kiki in Upper school. Kiki was and is an amazing athlete. What is "so weird" about watching a young woman that was so talented in many sports and seeing her excel? My freshman daughter had to cover her in multiple sports. Kiki was a rare talent and I enjoyed watching her excel at her game!
The "weird" part was the poster going out of their way to mention that Kiki's school was featured, but the other featured athletes' schools were not. Obviously it's awesome to celebrate a talented athlete. Not the point. It was "weird" that the poster got this buzz from Sidwell being featured without the other schools being featured. It was ick.
🙄
Some of you are inordinately judgmental about other people’s enjoyment. You sound miserable…and weird.
and some of you are get inordinately happy about feeling like you're "better" than others. You sound entitled...and weird.
