VDA seems to have pushed their only woman coach out and swept it under the rug. She was great.


Worst coach VDA has ever had. Makes BG look like Pro.

VDA Playbook. They don’t care if you can actually coach but rather can you bring players into the club. MW was brought in to bring in BRYC players. MA for Herndon players. They tried to get NS from NVA. BP is being brought in to get FCV players. Their next director is at SYC, Union, or NVA.


So all of these clubs making all of these hires, they aren’t bringing players with them? Just VDA?


Coaches always bring a few players here or there, the difference at VDA is that the ones that have brought players like MW, and now maybe some with BP, is that BP must believe he will have some type of effect or input with leadership and he likely won't.
