Thinking the same thing. I would assume not all will accept CLC O. If Pride only loses 5-7 vs 10+ in the prior 2 years that could be a very good team when they add some others who did not make CLC.
Very unlikely anyone from 27 Pride Red is going back to 27 Pride Red. That team was a mess. I imagine Stars will be the landing spot for the ones that didn't make Blue or Orange.
Okay Stars dad. Why would they go to Stars? Both teams were already vastly inferior to Pride, and they just got much worse. There really is no Stars team left.
Actually, a Pride 27 Red Mom. Talk to anyone on the team. Lots of micro issues that have added up to a larger issue(s). Many will be happy to leave, even if Stars isn't incredible.
So if your kid is on the team, I’ll ask you. What are the issues? Please be specific. Just saying there are issues is meaningless. All clubs have issues.
And what makes you think Stars doesn’t have the same or worse issues? There have been lots of complaints on this board about Stars management and coaching. And now that the best Stars players are gone, what is left? They were much worse than Pride before those kids left.
And Stars has no recruiting track record. Their 2025 team is ranked 135, so that is not going to change anytime soon.
Maybe not but Stars has Kathy Jenkins and Kristen Carr. Recruiting is allllll about relationships and between those two they know EVERYONE in college lacrosse. If a girl shows promise they can get her committed.
Don’t be fooled. Relationships only help at the margins with clubs that are established as pipelines for recruits, like Capital, M&D, etc. College coaches pick up the phone from these clubs.
I’m not fooled. My kid is in college. If you think a college coach doesn’t answer a call from KJ or KC, you are crazy.
This so made me laugh. Not every college coach likes kj. To the point that they will take a public kid versus a sssa kid.

I am curious about this as well....

I would assume not a ton of movement, but have heard conflicting things. Just trying to manage daughters expectation and emotions over the next few days.

So is my kid. If you think those relationships are going to get the Stars kids recruited, you’re the one that’s crazy.
