Subject: ILs mad that I won’t mow massive field on their ‘vacation’ property
I'd make it all about the environment and how natural fields are better for the declining insect and butterfly populations. It would he best to let native plants take over the field (I genuinely mean this, I love tl garden, mowing and giant grass lawns are destroying our insect populations, and on turn, bird populations and so on).
Teach your kids about how the monarch butterfly is dying and we need fields of milkweed to help, then have the kids do the education and guilting to the in laws who will have to listen to their environmentally conscious grandchildren.
