Terrible just like Philly. $1200 for restricted view behind the stage.
The smugness of people who got face-value tickets is vomit-inducing. I had a pre-sale code too. I sat in the queue for 8 hours too. So did a lot of people. Its not like we didn't try or jump through the hoops. And our kids are just as heart-broken. I'm so over the smugness that we somehow didn't try as hard as those who got tickets.
Mine, too. Hours and hours - including the site kicking her back out into the queue when she had floor seats in her shopping cart. Even I cried that day, and I’m not a Swiftie. She was devastated.
Anonymous wrote:Why don’t those disappointed about not having tickets plan to get a group together and do a parking lot tailgate? I was originally planning to drive to Pittsburgh and get very last minute tickets. After Philly, I realize even last minute tix (reasonably priced) are unlikely. But I keep seeing the parking lot Swifties. So new plan is to drive to Pittsburgh with DD and a couple friends and meeting some cousins in Pittsburgh and having a TS tailgate event. The girls are excited. This is the best we can do right now.

Awww, you need to calm down. I’m sure this isn’t the best day for you. 🫶🏾
NP here, but I sympathize with the PP. My DD is just heartbroken. She has tremendous perspective on life, having suffered a few pretty major hardships, so it's not like she doesn't get it. But still, she feels that Taylor is an incredibly important part of her life, much of that having to do with some of the things she endures and understanding how important music, including Taylor's, is to her. It's gotten to the point where I can't even listen to the music without getting so mad. How Ticketmaster allowed milions of bots to buy up those tickets and then not just suspend the resale of them is beyond me. This price gouging could have been dealt with. People are just awful.

This the best I've seen so far, but it's not complete: https://twitter.com/UpdatingSwiftly/status/1657946211918258177?s=20
I love that song but I was a little worried she'd play it at the show I saw, because it always makes me sob. A nice choice for Mother's Day though!

Sorry you gotta be so mean, but I'm still in the Afterglow from last night's concert. It was the best day.

I got nosebleeds during the presale and they weren’t that much. I think I paid less than $200 per ticket. The expensive part was the hotel, the absurd food prices at Lincoln field and the merch. For us it was a once in a lifetime experience.
+1. I got tickets from a friend of a friend for face value, not everyone is paying outrageous amounts.
