This has nothing to do with "DCUM elites" (what a dumb phrase), and everything to do with the utter lack of interest. But sure, if your whole life revolves around eating Costco snacks on your sectional in your giant McMansion, then have at it.

Some reading comprehension would help with understanding what that phrase was referring to. No one’s arguing that it isn’t miles of soulless reclaimed cornfields. Lots here just think any place which votes red and not blue automatically means it’s nothing more than hillbillies flying confederate flags off of their lifted pickup truck while shooting pistols in the air.

Indiana though does have tons of those types. Maybe not in the rich neighborhoods, but right near by there.

Yes any state with conservative rural, agriculture communities will. Which, you know, is like every state.

Sometimes, when the condescension drips this heavily, it's hard not to root for the muggers or carjackers to have an especially banner day in DC.

Having standards is different than being condescending.

Isn't that pretty much every US suburb? You could say the same about Ashburn or Clarksburg for example.

PP, and yes, agree, Ashburn and Clarksburg very much feel that way, too.

I live in Carmel. Yes, there are Jewish families here. I've taken classes at the JCC in Indianapolis, very nice facility and about 20 minutes away from Carmel. There are synagogues here

The family that owns the Indianapolis Colts is Jewish. They built an amazing wmca in downtown Indianapolis.
