What are you referring to?
My understanding is that DCPS removed the bus company from its list of options and the driver is moving through the court system.
If you mean - any investigation into how this happened and how DCPS contracted with this company and is the company still in business?

Didn't someone say upthread that there were many LLCs in the list of options that shared the same address with this company?
No. Two separate things. There’s a list of companies schools can use, only 5 of which were CBEs. I’ve been told the updated list only has three companies.
Separately, if you look up the address of the relevant company, several LLCs come up. I don’t believe anyone has compared the lists.
