They can if they tell teachers “no, you need to make other childcare arrangements or it will be considered an unexcused absence.” Teachers need to make arrangements for snow days, too.

Not an easy job and I have hope he will turn things around and we should focus on supporting our schools instead of criticizing or wasting time and money looking for someone to replace him.

true. We moved to Arlington mainly for the schools and it has been a huge disappointment.
