$2.3, been on the market 16 days

Separately, is anyone planning on still listing a large-ish house on the Hill this fall?

I’m not sure if anyone will be listing other large houses, but I’m your competition.

I like the house on F St a lot but want something closer to Eastern Market.

I'm also watching Eastern Market homes but below 2,000 sq ft and hopefully not higher than $1 million.

You won’t find 3500 SF on Capitol Hill, you need to be checking the suburbs or far NW

^^I'm “the competition” above. We’re looking for a minimum 4-bedroom, 2,600 sf non-fixer upper house. We’re willing to pay up to $2.5 m. And we’re in no huge rush.

None of these has sold. The first one is now marked as "coming soon," with a new $850k price, which puts the total reduction at $135k since it first went on the market earlier this year.

the one on 12th and C is still sitting. there was an armed robbery with a rifle right there this morning, so maybe you can get a good deal.

Property of my dreams but can't afford it.

I'm pretty sure this is the chiropractor that participated in the Insurrection on the Capitol. Wonder if he needs ready funds for his lawyers?

Yup. That's him. I would also assume his business plummeted.

I wish they had made the outdoor spaces a little more inviting. It's basically two parking spots and a not terribly useful lawn. They stuck a patio table in between the parking and the house but it all seems like an afterthought.
