If Trump-Russia was such a hoax, why where there over 34 convictions including close advisors, the campaign manager, the national security advisor etc?
And why were Durham indictments all get off practically scott-free? Gee, I wonder why that could be (hint - all you are doing is proving the point of witch hunt true)
Or...hear me out...the people Durham tried to prosecute were, in fact, not guilty, and the people Mueller prosecuted, were, in fact. guilty.
It takes some serious mental gymnastics to conclude otherwise.

The Mueller Report detailed 140 COMMUNICATIONS between Team Trump and Russia.
Everyone that has ever worked with Trump swears that NOTHING is done without his approval. He has the final word on all decisions. So, to think that Trump was oblivious to the communications between his team and Russians is just not realistic.
Also, the Steele Dossier DID NOT launch the Mueller Report.
The Mueller investigation was launched as an investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, links between Trump associates and Russian officials and spies, and possible obstruction of justice by Trump and his associates.
The only reference to the Steele Dossier in the Mueller Report is a single FOOTNOTE:
“Rtskhiladze said 'tapes' referred to compromising tapes of Trump rumored to be held by persons associated with the Russian real estate conglomerate Crocus Group, which had helped host the 2013 Miss Universe Pageant in Russia. ... Cohen said he spoke to Trump about the issue after receiving the texts from Rtskhiladze. … Rtskhiladze said he was told the tapes were fake, but he did not communicate that to Cohen.”
The Steele dossier was used - illegally - to continue the spying by the government by including information in the FISA warrants.
Nobody is claiming that the Steele dossier began the investigation.
But, I do recall that the liberals who frequent this site thought (and some still think) that it is a legitimate piece of work, when in reality, it is a piece of $hit.

Hillary Clinton was the one victimized by Russia and Comey. Trump got away with courting Russian interference.
LOL! What revisionist history!!
Clinton LITERALLY used Russian disinformation to get the Russian collusion delusion going.
None of that information was publicly available before the election.
Obama was president when he was informed that Clinton was doing an oppo research/scheme to implicate Trump with the Russians. Ergo it was before the election…
Every candidate does oppo research. The problem here was the oppo research uncovered massive connections between Trump's people and people connected to a variety of foriegn countries including the Saudi's, Chinese, Israeli's and yes, Russians.
Dear Lord.
Oppo research is one thing. Oppo research that is based on Russian disinformation and is used as a basis for a years-long FBI investigation is quite another.
The Clinton campaign and the DNC is complicit in dividing our country.
WRONG - the dossier wasn't the basis for the FBI investigation. That's already been repeatedly disproven. FBI opened the investigation because of Papadopoulous and other things well before they even heard of the dossier.
The dossier and the fake dirt drummed up by Clinton kept the investigation going and was included in the FISA warrants.
Don't even try to pretend this didn't happen.
Wasn’t the dossier started by Bush Jr’s team?
It was started by Paul Singer. The same guy currently in the news for taking Justice Alito to Alaska on his private jet for an all expenses paid vacation.
+1 If memory serves it was on behalf of Marco Rubio.
Your memory is not serving well. The dossier is totally a DNC/Clinton campaign funded thing......

No. Again for the uniformed folks in the back or those who refuse to believe facts.....
The dossier was the work of Steele who was hired by the DNC and Clinton campaign. There was NO DOSSIER before they hired Fusion GPS.
Fusion GPS was originally hired by the Washington Free Beacon, a conservative website. It was only after Trump secured the Republican nomination that Fusion GPS was hired on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee by their law firm, Perkins Coie, to continue compiling research about Trump, according to the New York Times.
At that point, the firm hired Steele, who had sources in Russia. Steele produced 35 pages of research memos, which became collectively known as the Steele dossier and detailed some salacious — but not fully verified — claims about Trump.

Fusion GPS was hired by conservatives and they later hired Steele. You all act like Hillary herself hired him. What has been disproven? (As opposed to “not verified” for those in the back as you say)
