Just rumors at this point since we are allowed to apply for DRP 2.0, many are assuming it won’t just be admin staff subject to RIF. Have heard additional rumors about some folks getting HR emails asking for personnel details, like whether you’ve had any bad reviews in last three years, but that hasn’t crossed by inbox.
Please post concrete actual details and not unsubstantiated rumor.
"Rumors" without concrete details are useless. The only certain thing right now is that VLJ are exempt from DRP and attorneys are allowed to apply for it with SES approval. It does not sound like they are looking to RIF attorneys.
There are rumors and there are reasonable inferences. A reasonable inference would be that Board attorneys may be subject to RIF if they are allowed to apply for DRP 2.0 and VLJs are not. See how that works?
