YJ O’Sullivan? YJ DMV? YJ North Tiso? YJ VA?
I didn’t notice players shifting rosters between these clubs midseason.
Depends on performance. If it’s really bad they get exiled to YJ Alabama.
Actual LOL

The OP was referencing #1 in the country YJ, not YJMA. Though they may do it also, not sure.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I refuse to believe YJ moves girls up and down right after a tournament. That can't be good for morale and team building.
They 100% do this and it is not a good morale. I would not want my daughter on a team like that.
I'm not sure what it means. Is your daughter already on the team and has low morale because she was moved down? Seriously impressive that YJMA uses a depth chart. Their coaches are all former college players so maybe that's why they do it. That is super high level.
MLB moves players down to the minors and up to the majors throughout a season. Just like they do for different levels of the minors.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I refuse to believe YJ moves girls up and down right after a tournament. Only bad morale for the weaker players. I'm sure the top of the roster want the most competitive team they can form when you go against top level talent each tournament.
MLB must have terrible morale
I think you meant minor league baseball. But this could also apply to club soccer throughout the world from youth through professional. Nothing wrong with performance based incentives.
