🔥Major development- undercutting the state’s case that Trump entered into an NDA with Stormy Daniel’s to save his presidential campaign:
Former Trump aide Hope Hicks testified that Trump: “was concerned about the [Stormy Daniel’s] story. He was concerned about how it would be viewed by his wife, and he wanted me to make sure the newspapers weren’t delivered to their residence that morning.”
Yeah, so? Both can be true.
From where I sit, the prosecution is proving day by day that they have no case and there has been no crime committed.
And, IF there was a crime, Michael Cohen is the one who committed it.

Anonymous wrote:The most interesting thing about Hope Hicks' testimony on the stand is how the biased media portrays it.
The conservative Fox News says that Hope Hicks imploded the prosecution's case by saying that Trump had no political intent to hide his affair, but was only hiding it to save his wife.
The liberal CNN News says that Hicks' testimony was a nightmare for Trump as it only proved all the points that the prosecution wanted to prove, namely that Trump knew about the payments Cohen made to Daniels and that he knew about the attempts to falsify business records to hide it.
The case of the confirmation bias from both sides as they believe what they saw confirms their own preconceived opinions.
It will be interesting to see what the jury thinks, as right now, they are the only real opinion that matters.

Of course. Michael Cohen, who did not have the money, took out a home equity loan to pay $150K to Stormy Daniels to keep her from telling her story to the tabloids. He did it because he felt so strongly that Daniel's story should not be told befor the leection that he risked losing his home to stop her from telling her story. He felt much more strongly about this than the many running for President who purportedly had over $500M in the bank.
Man, have you drunk the Kool Aid.

Michael Cohen is not the sharpest tool in the shed. And, I suspect the jury will discover this during his testimony.

One thing that has been consistent thus far.....
Every single witness that has testified has no love for Cohen.
Hope Hicks said that he named himself "The Fixer" because he had to fix things HE broke.

Because the mafia boss is giving her the evil eye. She’s probably tired of dealing with Trump. I admire her for standing up to him.
