He did. Noem was reporting to Miller. Apparently everything she did, she ran it up to him for approval. It’s interesting that miller was not in that two-hour meeting with Trump and Noem. Is it possible Miller is also looking at a nest expiration date. Note that Homan will report directly to Trump and not Noem or Miller.
Miller not being in that meeting was an attempt for people to think he's getting ICED out. But nothing is further than the truth. Miller IS the President.
