I think today it sank in that he will face zero repercusiones and nothing is going to change. This feels like a new and accelerated time, because of the sheer willingness of the government to keep the arms flowing, married to the unwillingness to end sovereign immunity, money in politics, or seriously prosecuting insurrection and murder by state agents and politicians. For every humiliating Bob Menéndez trial, we have a Trump walking around and ruling or getting massive financial windfalls.
This isn’t Kent State. In 1970, you could not be tracked virtually round the clock and/or presumed to be a “terrorist” because you read a columnist or donate to the ACLU. This feels very, very different.
He is apparent from here in Virginia!
What other info is out about him?
Honestly, spark plug bad built balding white guy screaming obscenities while pointing a loaded weapon at an unarmed woman could be any American middle-aged man.
The video shows he did not even take his gun out of the little belt thingy until after there was forward movement of the SUV.
It’s called a holster![]()

The Post reports that Good worked to "document and resist" ICE in Minnesota.
Good is said to have moved to Minneapolis last year and quickly connected with anti-ICE activists through her son's charter school.
The charter school says it puts "social justice first" and "involving kids in political and social activism," according to the Post.
"She was a warrior. She died doing what was right," a parent whose child goes to the school told the outlet.
"[Good] was trained against these ICE agents, what to do, what not to do, it’s a very thorough training... To listen to commands, to know your rights, to whistle when you see an ICE agent," the parent 'Leesa' said.
The Goods reportedly moved to Canada from Kansas City after Trump won the 2024 election and planned on living there permanently before relocating to Minneapolis.

Where is the relevance? Opinions like these expose the white supremacy that runs deep in white people. Perhaps all those Freedom Riders (1961) from the north should have been ripped from their bus seats and shot in the streets. Yes, I know these examples are white activists, but they're looked at as race traitors, just like Renee Good and Heather Heyer.
I think it is relevant if part of her “training” given by this group was to use her car to block roads and refuse ICE orders to move. They should not be telling people to do this and this is not part of peaceful protesting. She should have moved her car when they initially told her to. She didn’t. She should have then complied when they told her multiple times to get out of her car. She didn’t. She panicked and tried to flee when multiple officers were very close to her car- too close for her to be safely driving away. It’s a very bad idea to try and drive away when a police officer is at the window of your car trying to open your door, another is close to the side, and another is in front. I don’t believe she intended to drive into anyone- but she wasn’t in a position to safely maneuver her car, panicked, and tried anyway. This group should be investigating if they are indeed advising people dangerous means of resisting.

That's not entirely clear, but it is red herring. Whether she was illegally and deliberately blocking traffic, or simple pulled into the lane but was waiting, or whatever she was doing - ICE did not have the right to do what they did. People have a right to protest, and they may be arrested if they break the law, but they should not be killed unless they are trying to kill someone else. She was not trying to kill ICE agent Ross.
He put himself into harm's way, stupidly.
He walked right in front of her car, immediately pulled his gun, and shot her.
He was standing to the side of her car, safe and sound. He suddenly walked right in front of her car and, within a second, drew his weapon and fired into her face.
That's something you do in wartime, to an enemy. That's not what you do for a traffic infraction for someone who has committed no violent crime, is not suspected of committing a serious crime; who is at most obstructing traffic on a small, residential, one-way street - perhaps "disorderly conduct" or a misdemenor at worst.

"Elite Training"![]()
Members of ERO’s eight SRTs nationwide are trained to serve high-risk warrants under hazardous conditions, escort dangerous criminal aliens who have been ordered deported and assist local law enforcement agencies during critical incidents.
SRT members undergo a unique combination of specialized training and real-world experiences. The work of the SRT members is often grueling and so is the training they undergo at Ft. Benning, Georgia. SRT training lasts three weeks and includes several components. At a minimum, students must complete a 1.5 mile run in less than 12 minutes, drag a dummy for 25 yards, complete 30 pushups and scale over a six-foot wall in full tactical gear.
