If the IAC plays sloppy lacrosse to you, what about the WCAC.
Its not like the WCAC is a lacrosse powerhouse conference.
Prep vs SJC round II will be very interesting. I bet you both teams will square off again.

If SJC and Prep are fortunate enough to meet again in the IAC - WCAC challenge, I’m not convinced the Cadets will win after watching their performance tonight.
Already handled Prep. Add last year and that’s twice. Prep defense and goalie can’t hang.
SJC came out the gates on fire and played a near flawless game. Prep came out half asleep and played absolutely horribly, with rec league turnovers, many caused by SJC aggressiveness, many self-imposed. Yet it was a 1 goal game deep into the third and scores of second, third, and fourth quarter were ties (until empty netter at 4 seconds). SJC outplayed the heck out of Prep but barely won. Would not make any assumptions about a rematch if it comes to pass.
Ah the old "that inferior team played the perfect game while the superior team inexplicably played horribly and it was still a close game" post. Been waiting for this one. Anyone who watched that game is fully aware that except at Fogo SJC was better at every position on the field. If not for the GP Fogo that was likely a 4-6+ goal game. Also there is no such thing as "barely won", you either win or lose, scoreboard has final say. I will leave you with an apt movie quote (name that movie): "You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found wanting."

Taft, Brunswick, Deerfield, Avon and Salisbury would run circles around GP, Bullis, Landon, Gonzaga and SJC as evident as tonight.
It probably is better, although Salisbury and Taft both lost to Bullis las time they played. Deerfield is probably the best team in the country this year. To be fair, many of those schools benefit from PG's, no?
Deerfield, Brunswick "Wick" and Salisbury are generally the cream of the crop in the New England West league. Taft has come on VERY STRONG just in the past 3 years (similar to SJC).
To my knowledge, Bullis has never played Taft in an actual game. And seriously, please don't reference Fall Ball or Summer Ball as "real games" as they aren't. (running clock, still playing HS Federation rules).
The New England West would own the IAC and even the MIAA this year. And by the way, they should as most schools bring in a few PGs a year and some of these schools with their boarding networks can simply recruit across the nation.

Sure Taft might have a few post grad players on their roster. If I were to guess, I bet you some some of the PG players they have graduated HS when they were either 17 or 18 years old.
Georgetown Prep has several 17 year olds in their current 2023 class - whats your point?
These private schools get all the love. There are public schools that would give them a run. Yorktown (Arlington) would be a tough draw for any of them but I guess we'll never know because the privates always duck the top public schools.
Now that's funny.
do you mean the Yorktown varsity would give any of the top private JVs a run? Then yes I agree.
Typical private school parent fanboying. You can't buy your way to talent. If you look at lacrosse at the next level there are more public school kids playing than there are private. Plain and simple.
