It’s the haters that have been insulting calling her fiancé trash or how she doesn’t write her own music or is a puppet to the industry. Her fans defend her, yes but the insults and trashy posts come from you and hopefully you don’t have children because we know where they get the bullying behavior fromAnonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:It’s hilarious that her dad putting 1 million in her career when she was young means that her dad is responsible or controls her career.
Guys, my family was pretty wealthy growing up. My dad could’ve easily afforded to put $1 million toward a music career. Guess what. Even if he did, I seriously doubt I’d be worth 2 billion by age 36 and I seriously doubt I would’ve had the biggest tour we will ever see for generations.
There are millions and millions and millions of kids who don’t amount to any successful career in the industry yet have supportive parents who are trying to make their dreams come true and investing time and money in them. But it’s a one in 10 million chance that you end up with a long-term, lucrative and successful career, and for Taylor’s level of success it’s more like one in a billion.
By Taylor’s own admission, mom is her therapist and matchmaker and according to many, Dad is still stepping in to solve her business and legal problems.
I don’t think her fans are remotely able to be objective about her. You “guys” are too stuck in Taylor worship to think that she isn’t solely responsible for her success. You are willing to insult people who point out inconsistencies in your theories and willing to defend capitalism to keep you from questioning your beliefs about her.
These people sound young or maybe they are bots. Either way, they sound quite taken w Taylor and very defensive and can’t look at the situation with objectivity.
It’s interesting to see how quickly some of them resort to insults and it’s like how the president acts when someone does not agree with him. He resorts to insults, which is a weak attempt at argument.
She does not write songs entirely herself so it is true she does not write her own music.
Yes, you have proven my point by delivering more insults. They do nothing to me except show you are a bully who disagrees by insulting people.
Taylor brings out the worst in you.
DP. I'm going to say this as simply and clearly as possible in the hopes that you'll be able to grasp the message:
TS writes all of her own songs herself OR with a co-writing partner. She always, always credits these cowriters. That you don't understand this fact only reflects poorly on you. Do you really think she would have been inducted into the Songwriters' Hall of Fame if she didn't write her own songs?
I never said he wasn’t a great showman and he does have charisma. I said he’s not great at real room. Also, he won because 89 million people stayed home and didn’t vote, he attacked the free press and put doubt in the American election process.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I disagree. I personally think Tom Hiddleston is sexy as f* but he’s not everyone’s type. Travis OTOH is a smokin’ hot mountain man.
Who are you people? Literally nobody finds Travis smokin hot. He's butt ugly, dumb, and goofy.
He’s not my type but I would not call him dumb. I’ve listened to his podcast, and he’s able to be personable and connect with people. He did a good job on SNL. He strikes me as someone who can take a joke and has a decent sense of humor.
Ohhhh, now I see why you think Taylor has high EQ. EQ and charisma are not the same thing. They are different. Someone with a high EQ is able to regulate their emotions and help others regulate emotions. They read emotions well and can give good responses. Someone who is charismatic draws people in and can be magnetic socially, but may not have the longer term emotional regulation skills to continue building relationships.
Trump for example reads the room well and is charismatic, but his EQ is low because he doesn’t regulate himself well. Just to illustrate the difference, I’m not drawing a direct comparison.
Yeah, I’m not going to listen to his podcast. How do you think Trump got elected if he isn’t a great showman/ has charisma?

Honey, this is from 2008. Taylor Swift was - wait for it - 17 years old. Could you be a bigger moron?

Now that Joe Alwyn has found someone new guaranteed she goes down that aisle.

That's a narrow view of EQ, which can also include empathy and self-awareness.
Of course, that was off the top of my head. High EQ still isn’t the same as charisma.

Ok, carry on.
Right, he was blacked out drunk basically and I don’t care at all but the same things people on here get on Travis about, I’d hold off if they want to give that pass to Jason if that’s their barometer.Anonymous wrote:Their first date is well-known.
