I disagree that he was a wrong pick. I'm not sold he is the best pick, only because I don't see him moving the needle, but we'll see.
I agree that this will be won by messaging and do far Harris/Walz has the edge with that.
The messaging with this pick is that she is as far left as republicans have been trying to paint her. As a moderate Dem, this pick is dismaying and feeds right into my perceptions of her from 2020. I can’t vote for Trump but not voting for this either.
Then be prepared to live in Gilead.
Enough with the histrionics. Trump was President before and life was a lot better during those 4 years for your average American than it has been during the Biden presidency. We could afford groceries and gas, didn't have a flood of immigrants invading our country and out of control crime (ex. San Francisco where many stores shut down to do crime/theft).

This is a bunch of baloney. It's a lame Swift Boat attempt by two MAGA Minnesota Guard guys sleazily claiming Walz "slithered away" from serving in Iraq when THEY TOO bailed out of the National Guard and didn't go to Iraq. And WTF anyhow, someone isn't allowed to retire after 24 years? My dad served as an Army NCO for 21 years, that's enough of a lifetime of military service.
Serving in the National Guard is very different from active duty.
He bailed when his unit got the orders for Iraq. The guy who took his place has choice words for him. And, claiming that you are a rank higher than you actually are and also claiming you went to war are just plain lies by Tim.

DP. I’m like you and I agree. Kelly would have been a much better choice to convince me. Now I’ll likely just not vote for president. First time since I’ve been eligible.
And in 2016 you voted for TFG because you just couldn't get behind Hillary, and now you're not sure why people make such a big deal about January 6 or classified documents, but you're not going to stand for burning buildings because the police murdered a guy.
Actually no. I supported and voted for Hillary.
I just don’t get why so many posters here think insulting independents like me is a good idea.

Nice try.
This is what happens when you allow your cities to burn to the ground that encourages businesses to close forever, then lock down your state and encourage citizens to snitch on other citizens if they dare walk their dogs or visit other citizens. And, it what happens when you enact socialist policies.
nope, doubtful many are moving from Minneapolis to Florida. It's the farmers in the rural areas.

Yep and we knew they'd do this. Play dirty because they got nothing.
Has ANY republican talked about policy? What platform is Trump running on besides insulting and bullying.
Yep.
Increase drilling and become energy independent. This will help reduce prices, halt inflation, reduce interest rates, etc. US oil production is at all time highs, there isn't "more drilling" that can take place, and the US is a net energy exporter
Stop the flow of illegal immigrants and deport the people here illegally. This will help reduce crime, make housing more affordable, and help with local budgets. The flow of illegal immigration is way down and the GOP opposed its own bill to address the systemic issues
Enforce laws and allow police officers to do their jobs. Stop the weaponization of the federal government. One party has supported the funding for police departments and law enforcement at the federal level, and it isn't the GOP
Have the US get back to a position of strength instead of weakness on the world stage. The US is strengthening the global alliances and has grown NATO under Biden. Kowtowing to authoritiarians is not the way to move the world forward and will be bad for businesses in the US
These are just a few that I heard him address just this morning.

Empty shelves and a closed/crashed economy suggests otherwise.
Also, crime is down over 30% under Biden from when Trump was president.
Interesting then why has theft become such an issue since 2020? Look how many stores have been forced to close in certain areas due to rampant theft creating food deserts in some cases. Do you really think big cities like San Francisco and Chicago are thriving now? Why do you think people are moving out of these cities?
Let’s see, why would stories on the news conflict with the actual statistics on what’s happening? Hmmm why ever could that be?? Hmm??
Look at the previous post. The FBI statistics aren't accurate. Enough with the gaslighting. Stores are literally locking stuff up because there is so much theft.

Last time I checked, Minneapolis did not burn the the ground and not only is still there, but is a thriving and growing city. Businesses are thriving and the "lock down" was for people's safety.
The hyperbole undermines your arguments.
