Unless things have changed, regular season winner in the cedar gets the top seed for regionals. District tourney doesn’t affect seeding.

Cosby @ Midlothian - Think Midlothian will take this one in a close game

Madison @ South Lakes - Madison wins big

Osbourn @ Freedom - Freedom wins by 15+

Goal Differential is not considered these days. It should be, but it isn't

Class 6 Results from last night:

WestPo 13 Woodson 5

With the win, WestPo clinches the #2 seed in the Patriot district. If South County beat Lake Braddock they get the #3 seed and Woodson gets the #4 seed. If LB wins, there is a three-way tie for third between LB, SC and Woodson.

Cosby 6 Deep Run 3

With the win, Cosby has taken down its nearest challenger and should get the #1 seed and will probably win Region A.

Mountain View 16 Patriot 15

This Patriot team is really unpredictable. Beat Battlefield and close game with Freedom, but blown out by Madison and Yorktown and lose to Mountain View. Non-district game so I think we still have a three-way tie in Cedar Run.

It is on the VHSL site. C1 and D1 are on opposite sides this year so Robinson and Madison/Yorktown/Langley can meet in the finals. Last year all of the C/D teams were on one side and A/B on the other. It’s much better this year.

Unfortunately Robinson and D2 (either Madison, Yorktown, Langley, or McLean?) will play in the first round.
