JR looks like a very unstable dude. Have you looked at his Facebook? He's posting about how "He's a very tough guy" at 30. His education is listed as "Neck Snapping at Harvard University" One of his previous colleagues also posted that he was a very angry guy and that he wasn't surprised how he went.
