The heat made it a rough one. Several girls had to sit out and were not allowed to rejoin the tryout due to the heat. I suspect the coaches are familiar enough with at least some of these girls that it won’t hurt their chances. At the end, they broke the remaining girls into two groups for scrimmages. It’s unclear whether those groups were random or reflect potential team placements. Good luck to all of the girls.

Most schools for athletes are not test optional. Even if regular admissions is test optional the coach typically asks players to take SAT. Maybe NCAA requirement again?Anonymous wrote:The Ivies are not longer test optional. So if you are banking on that , you better start SAT prep now. I hope you have a lot in your savings account as well, because there is no athletic or merit aide to be had. And if you can afford capital, you won’t get any need based aide either.
Noted. Anonymous is reading posts with extreme skepticism.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Will be super interesting who doesn’t show up to capital tonight. I think that some kids that were considered cap blue locks have gone elsewhere, can think of one really big one already.
With all the bad or deliberately misleading info on this page I am reading this and every other post with extreme skepticism.
