The new Omar coach, current DC Power girls coach, former youth national coach…
A) what kind of attention is he genuinely going to give to girls in a youth environment where development is the target yet he has to deliver at the alleged ‘pro’ team he’s in?
B) is that ‘pro’ team not paying enough to cover his bills? Even if it were / is paying the bills, are bozos in this country really this greedy seeking to collect as many checks as possible?
C) what exactly makes him a quality coach if he has gone from alleged more serious and reputable posts to where he currently is…? A disgraced shell of FCV ran by AB
lol
ON was formerly at MYS as DOC. Great coach, great ideas, not present enough to really implement them after the DC Power gig came along.
I'd sign my player up for any team he was coaching if I knew he'd actually have the time to train them. As long as he's the DCP coach, he doesn't have the bandwidth.
As far as I know DC Power pays him fine. But never hurts to have money flowing from different sources.

This is exactly true. He might be hired on in a leadership only type of role, not sure if he will actually Coach one of the teams as head Coach. Coaches at this level often wear multiple hats. And TSJ is known for hiring part time capacity coaches..just to keep the buzz going.

Lots of comments seem to be negative towards TSJFC, but is it just because they don't have a GA-level team or whatever "top" team or because they aren't winning games by 13 goals?
They do have a GA-level team and they are losing by 13 goals.

On the girls side, the coaches are a revolving door, with much of it happening during the season. The girls definitely don’t feel like a priority to them.
