YJ plays some of Marylands best teams this weekend. MDU is the only team that poses a threat to them in that pool.

Of course, on any given day a top 5 team could beat another. But so far they have the best ranking for a reason with zero losses and the narrative that it’s only because they haven’t played MD teams isn’t holding up.

I refuse to believe YJ moves girls up and down right after a tournament. That can't be good for morale and team building.

They were playing to win and maintain their #1 national ranking, sorry no one beats them but maybe we could just say something positive about the best team in our age group and their success. I have no affiliation with YJ, however my daughter watched one of their games and has spent the last few days talking about how she could up her game. Isn’t this a good thing?

They did, and they are from Long Island with three teams in that age group that they pull up or push down based on the outcome of the tournament. You think those kids aren’t playing for their lives?

Eaglestix is either rusty or peaked in the Fall season. They come back up again for Genesis Origins. Maybe they have a better showing then.
