Wow I do not like the realtor links. Redfin all the way. Especially when they pull the photos right after the sale -- looking at a sale price without photos is pointless.

I don't see a huge change but homes aren't going too high or two low, $10-30k below or above asking, depending on the house and seller's flexibility. Obviously some buyers are fine giving above asking if house meets their needs, others negotiate more and willing to look for deals.

Its a mix, well priced nice homes are still going pending, contingent and under contract at asking within few days, others are taking longer and some sellers who need to move are reducing price or renting out. It all depends on the house and the seller.

Are homes sitting in this area now? I see a few homes being relisted after price reductions. I would have thought the market would pick up after Labor Day.

The house that launched a debate on the value of first-floor powder rooms (this one is missing one) has seen two price cuts and is still sitting after 49 days.


The price on this was just reduced for a *third* time.

I appreciate the aesthetic they were going for, but that kitchen is awful from a functional standpoint.


On the market since May 2021 with only one price reduction. They were adamant about their price!
