Depends on the team, of course. But it would be crazy for some starters to split equal playing time with the subs who are noticeably not as good.

Nearly all clubs have equal or close to equal PT in HS, no one is riding the bench.
Hmm not sure if this is true. Some clubs do equal PT. Dont think Heros, Mnd, Cop, or MDU do it.
