Because most people don't think any more innocent children should be subjected to this f-ed up situation. They believe Anna's "purpose" in life to is have children and as long as "God" gives, she must receive. There is no limit or point at which she can say no to more children. Anna is only 33. In their world, that's plenty of time to birth another 5 or 6 kids.

I have no doubt that everyone in this family knows Josh is a mentally ill pedophile who should have been redressed years ago. But only the siblings can come out and say it forcefully. The parents are complicit in their neglect of their son's education and discipline, as well as the neglect of their daughters' safety, and so they can only come out with half a statement.
