Democrats fall in love. Well, I just fell in love, folks. I think there is a lot of excitement and it ain't for TFG whining on Truth Social for Biden to come back.
Glad you vote with your heart and not your head. Let us know how that works out for you.
I’ve said that many times here. Dems vote based on emotion. Republicans do not.

DP. I’m like you and I agree. Kelly would have been a much better choice to convince me. Now I’ll likely just not vote for president. First time since I’ve been eligible.
And in 2016 you voted for TFG because you just couldn't get behind Hillary, and now you're not sure why people make such a big deal about January 6 or classified documents, but you're not going to stand for burning buildings because the police murdered a guy.
Actually no. I supported and voted for Hillary.
I just don’t get why so many posters here think insulting independents like me is a good idea.

From what I heard it was more that Harris clashed with Kelly (and perhaps even Shapiro) as they are both more alpha types than Walz

I disagree that he was a wrong pick. I'm not sold he is the best pick, only because I don't see him moving the needle, but we'll see.
I agree that this will be won by messaging and do far Harris/Walz has the edge with that.
The messaging with this pick is that she is as far left as republicans have been trying to paint her. As a moderate Dem, this pick is dismaying and feeds right into my perceptions of her from 2020. I can’t vote for Trump but not voting for this either.

You would say that about any Democratic pick. I’m sorry the GOP went off the rails and became a cult of personality. The Dems just can’t become Regan republicans to attract you.
+1
And if PP is ok with Trump being elected then she really isn’t a Never Trumper.

Do they think their voters are idiots who won’t find out the facts?
He didn’t grow up in San Francisco!
He is from Nebraska and went to West Point.
How did a guy who went to West Point end uo as an enlisted NG Soldier? Officers come out of West Point.
I am still confused how he’s listed as a Command Sgt Major as he dropped out of the SGM academy. He should not claim to be a SGM or CSM. And he got arrested for drunk driving while a Soldier; that’s a career killer.
So funny for you weirdos to hyper analyze a military record while you have no problem with the Cherry Hill, North Carolina “public affairs photographer” and his stolen valor pretending he was some brave hero risking his skin in Iraq.
They also have a secret love of couches, the love that dare not rustle its name, and will defend JD’s desperate attempts to get Couchy out of his system.
Why do you keep harping on a completely made up story about a couch? I just don’t get it.
You'd prefer posters stick to discussing his Project 2025 alliance and his cat-eye eyeliner and lip gloss? There are threads on that too if you're interested.
No. I think it’s all nonsense.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:He’s too progressive and it’s going to be a problem in the months to come. I’m not too worried about people voting for Trump but they may sit home now.
+1. I’ll probably sit out but I live in MD so my vote doesn’t matter anyway. Glad I don’t live in a swing state. If I did, I’d probably grit my teeth and vote for the D ticket (maybe) but I imagine lots of moderate Dems like me would just not vote. She picked the most left option possible. Idiocy.

Rumors are that he failed vetting. IF that’s true, you wouldn’t have voted for him anyway and it would’ve sunk the ticket.
