Like last year, we are losing some fantastic seniors, but every team does. Returning players are playing club this summer and will continue to improve. The future is bright for us. Let the haters keep on hating while we keep on grinding.

Via the grapevine sounds like the SJC head coach will not be returning as coach.

Ignore him. It's the same guy who's been sh!tting on GC all spring. The school originated in Wheaton but moved to Olney for more land. Similar move for PVI.
Not the geography Nazi, but I think the point on GC and now to an even greater extent PVI, is that they just aren't front of mind for most DC and close in suburbs parents considering where to send their kids to school. If I were to draw the circle: DC, Arl, Alx, FFX (but not past Flint Hill and Madeira), Montgomery (but not past Bullis) and PG (but not more than a few miles outside the beltway)

Don't forget Stab, although not technically in the DMV
Plenty of people wouldn't view GC as DC area. STAB sure as hell isn't.
they just played and beat almost all of the DMV teams handily.
Yes, they did, and what an outstanding Maryland suburban team they are. But they still aren’t a DC area team.
