She agreed to come back to Logan at the beginning of the season, and there were a few scenes with lawyers, presumably working out a new financial agreement to stay. Did I miss an update about her absence? I wonder if the new assistant is some kind of plant, she's acting suspicious.
They mentioned who she’s marrying, so the financial agreement was for her to go.
No that's the first wife who's getting remarried. Marcia is the current wife - the one played by Hiam Abbass (who, if you ever want to see her in a very different role, plays the mom on Ramy and is fantastic).

I also think we’ll see the mom’s “big Tuscan wedding” so that should be good.

He is the best character this season I think. Better even than Cousin Greg, though I did like Cousin Greg's line of questioning about how you could sue a relative, say a grandpa, but in a loving way.
I didn't watch the first season but I did just see Tom at some award show and he has like model good looks. They really downplay how hot he is and make him look and act dorky on the show. Also note how Ken called him out on how calculating he is, he could have just as easily conned Shiv into marrying him than vice versa. It sounds like a business arrangement marriage more than anything -- especially since it's "open". Tom got to marrying into power, Shiv got to appear like some stable mature wife to her dad?
Model good looks? LOL.
NP. Did you not watch Pride and Prejudice? He's very handsome. The geeky hairdo and demeanor are deliberate for this role. https://www.zimbio.com/Hot+Actors+Who+Are+Hotter+In+Costume/articles/bleN1qWGWtK/Matthew+Macfadyen+vs+Mr+Darcy+Pride+Prejudice
