At a minimum, it appears that, by July, there will be enough signatures to recall Elaine Tholen to require her to show cause why she should not be unseated.
What does that mean? “Show cause”?
Show that she was fulfilling her duties/responsibilities as a member which should be pretty easy to do.
Depends on the judge.

Disagree. The rhetoric of at least half of the School Board members - Omeish, Frisch, Keys Gamarra, Meren, Sizemore Heizer, and Anderson - absolutely is far left. The fact that their actions rarely match their words doesn’t mean they can’t be measured by their words.
What specifically is far left?

If they were more interested in dealing with education instead of the almost exclusive focus on social engineering and victimism, it wouldn't be an issue.

Why do you believe you can definitely assert that?
Well, between complaining about Democrats every chance and aligning themselves with Pete Snyder…
#openfcps two favorite politicians are democrats, fyi.
They are bipartisan.
Pete Snyder isn’t a Democrat.
I think you are looking at the wrong facebook page.
The two politicians who consistently receive praise from the #openfcps are both democrats.
One is the only moderate remaining on the school board, a center left democrat.
The other is one of the only moderate delegates left in northern Virginia. He is also a center left democrat.
The two of them receive almost daily praise on the #openfcps.
I haven't combed every post, but I think you would have to search long and hard to find even a mention of Pete Snyder on the #openfcps.
From the R side, Youngkin does get mentioned there now and then in a positive way. But not nearly as often and as glowingly as the two left of center democrate mentioned above.
You are spreading falsehoods.
#openfcps is a bipartisan group. They want moderates. Period.
And they want anything but the current radical far left school board we currently have, save the one moderate member.
The far-left Democrats - who now are in complete control of the party organizations and the School Board - hate Megan McLaughlin and Chap Petersen, who are too independent for their tastes. They fantasize endlessly about both getting primaried in the next election.
There are no far-left Democrats in public office anywhere near here outside of PWC shitposter Lee Carter.
Just because your previous media outlet brands everything to the left of Reagan as “communist” doesn’t make it so.
When the school board is so far left that a classical liberal like McLaughlin starts to look like a right winger in comparison, it leaves no doubt that thebother school hoard members are far left.
Omeish and Friach are far left extremists. Cohen is hard left too. The rest are very, very left leaning without a moderate or even centrist liberal among them.
I actually believe that the superintendent is probably a centrist. But his school board bosses are such far left ideologues, and he lacks the leadership to reign them in.

One’s Jewish, One’s Muslim and One’s to cover so they can claim they’re not targeting the other two for not being good WASPs.
Grow up.
Y’all first. Buncha whiny toddlers soiling their diapers because they didn’t get their way. Buck up and vote against them next time- or heck run yourselves! But that would require more than passive action and y’all know YOU couldn’t take the heat once you fail to live up to your neighbors’ lofty expectations.
Stopped reading at “y’all.”
Lol same. “Y’all” in a comment like this is a dead giveaway that the person writing is an early 20 something who spends way too much time being mad on Twitter and I have no interest at all in whatever nonsensical verbal diarrhea comes next.
