He’s compensating for his lack of effectiveness in his marriage (wife won’t touch him) and career (he never says in these threads what value he produces to society) by engaging in ridiculous undercover affairs with at least one woman he makes fun of behind her back for being gullible enough to settle for cheap dates where he won’t be noticed with her. And he expects us to high-five him for that. My point is that he’s a loser trying to compensate for being a loser.

A lot of midlife affairs are like this. Power play by men to feel powerful and get their anger at the world out . Get an inferior woman to worship them and trash her and talk ill of her. Build her up and tear her down.

Whew, I thought for a second there that because you lack a conscience or integrity that you might cheat on your wife and take advantage of a low-paid, much younger domestic helper who is entrusted to care for and presumably has bonded with your children. But thankfully you hate the inconvenience or feeling of wearing condoms, so wife and nanny are safe. “Integrity” prevails after all!

How has she made it clear?
Men tend to think women in customer service are attracted to them because they're friendly. And they're almost always just doing their jobs as they're supposed to. Every woman has multiple cringe-worthy stories of men who thought they were interested.
Would sitting on my lap without prompting, qualify? Maybe I’m off base.

I didn’t have to spend a ton of money on her. We had jobs where we traveled together and the company paid for nice hotel rooms and good meals.
Gettin’ busy on the company dime - classy!! Willing to risk both your marriage and your career for love. Lol!!! Oh to be a fly on the wall if he got busted in the hotel by a co worker.
