Depends on lottery results of current families. There are a lot of unhappy parents with the current principal situation. I heard some were trying to lottery out.

The commute form Hill East to Lamb SD is 15-20 minutes. Not untenable.
Swami says you'll get into LAMB SD at your first pull and determine the commute untenable. You will get an offer at CHMS after September 15th because your master number was reallly good, and after posting lots of inquiries on MOTH, will take it.
Sorry don’t know what happened.
Lamb SD is 15 minutes from hill east. During rush hour- maybe 30. I have done that commute for years.
No one going to Lamb will find Capitol Hill Montessori that desirable.
I really question this lottery whisperer’s judgment.
Their preference was CHM?

Thanks Lottery Seer! We are in the north part of the Miner boundary so I think we could do the LAMB SD commute! But yeah, CHMS is our first choice and if we get in there, we are definitely taking it.

We are EOTP. Fully expecting to stay at our current DCPS school for 5th and applying for private in 6th.
LS thinks you will trudge through one more year and only go to school practice this weekend to hear everyone else's 5th grade results that you didn't already hear on MOTH. You aren't sure parochial is for you and wonder if this + pandemic means its time to make that big New England move that you've been wanting for years (but DH's not completely on board with)
