Speeding is not a criminal offense.

Ultimately I could see a DUI charge. Experts say his crash is consistent with the type of crash that might occur if a driver isn’t fully conscious/alert. He also had not one but several other known instances of intoxicated and extremely reckless driving. It’s an obvious pattern of behavior for Woods.

No way. He was on his way to an event. Imo, he was obviously intoxicated and struggling to remain conscious/alert. He’s done this kind of thing several times before. He has a track record of intoxication and related poor driving.

I’m 10000% wondering the same. Just read an article citing that authorities know what caused the crash but declined to say due to “privacy concerns”. I am seriously wondering. Wish him the best though either way.
