Have no idea if this applies in FCPS, but sometimes to get the full top of the line retirement benefits you have to retire at a specific time like say July. She already should have qualified for retirement, but maybe there were benefits to waiting. I wish her well in retirement. The woman was a principal at the school for over 3 decades.

The teacher says he "should" be, but there's no guarantee. He's also not the talkative type to begin with. I assume he'll be pretty "proficient" and maybe fluent. Does he need to be absolutely fluent?
