Yes, there will be a market for them. Just like there will be a market of schools looking for kids with high GPAs and meh SATs.

UC is appealing because “The logical consequence of the court’s decision is that the University may not consider any indicator that is not equally available to all applicants,” the university said in a statement Friday.
UC officials said, in using the court’s reasoning of barring test scores, that same reasoning could logically be used when weighing a prospective student’s unnamed, “various talents” and abilities during the review process of applications.
