It’s not ok for them either. In fact those people are worse IMO because low information people fall for their fake perfection, and end up signing up for whatever MLM they’re shilling and then lose a bunch of money in the process.

She was on my abroad program. She was tiiiiiiiiiny and super talented. She was a California sorority girl and somewhat smart. She had terrible highlights, like black hair with chunky blonde, very early 2000s.

Yes, she is actively trying to pass herself off as a much thinner woman.

I don't think making fun of obese people is okay, but she's selling herself as something very different from who she is so I think she's made discussion about her physique fair game. And honestly if she doesn't want to look this heavy, she's a 4 month diet away from the body she pretends to have. This is within her control, it's not like this is a permanent disability.
