But they had a prenup, so maybe this amount is based on their prenup. If not, does anyone know why that isn’t be enforced.

"Once the divorce is settled, we're told Brandon will only get 2 more years of spousal support, based on the length of their marriage. The unresolved issue is their prenup. If the judge determines it's valid, all those support numbers go out the window, and Brandon will get whatever is spelled out in the prenup."
No idea what the issue with the prenup is, though.

He had one client - Shelton - not enough to sustain his household. Unless you want to argue your sister who sells Lularoe out of her lawyer husbands garage similarly doesn’t deserve spousal support.
