I wonder that as well and they have not yet addressed it. Part two comes out next week. I can’t imagine they would make this stuff up as his estate/family could still sue.

I don’t think their experiences/what they witnessed are made up either. Neither of them are wealthy and could afford a lawsuit.

I do not like when women share harassment/assault experiences of others without that person’s permission. Maybe I misunderstood and the intern was on the podcast (haven’t listened yet).
