Please watch the videos carefully.
I am going to the court to prove it.
Yes. There is no distance calibration on these cameras and no way to see if the bus complied with Maryland law with regard to putting their warning lights on as required. Bus drivers can just flip the stop sign out and video any vehicle that passes so they get a ticket.
School bus drivers are required by State law to turn on flashing yellow lights 100 feet before stopping, and then to
activate their flashing red lights when stopped. If the bus didn't do that the ticket is invalid.
Are school bus drivers given quotas of how many tickets to give out each day?
The vendor can pay off the bus drivers. I remember reading in The Washington Times decades ago that tow truck drivers were bribing cops to issue fake tickets.

At today's Montgomery County Council hearing on the bus cameras installed on the exterior of MCPS school buses, Montgomery County Police stated that the citations issued to date have generated $21.4 million in fines.
However, when tracking the citation fines paid to Montgomery County, it is only possible to account for $12,086,617.
Which leaves $9.3 million in citation fines unaccounted for in the public documents that track the receipt of these fines.

I believe it was done on purpose and it needs to stop. Stealing from the innocent and it's not correct. Taking a day off of work to fight it is not an option.
Can you redact and post the video?
Now the thread on the arrest of Todd Watkins has been deleted. He was in court today pleading guilty.
Because there is already a thread about that here where you can discuss it. https://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/1015465.page
Nothing there about criminal charges.
But mcps is very happy to delete threads about corruption.
