I'm not personally involved with either Pipeline or Celtic, but can tell you that some of the best players from both teams are playing high school soccer right now and killing it as freshman.

So the amazing and unbeatable fcv team has 1 player in camp eventhough the scout for the region is on the sideline and driving carpool every week. 19 players from California. Does that come down to the area scout not pushing hard enough for her players or what?

Does anyone have the official list. Also, BRYC, MDU, Loudoun and MU don't have any business being considered in a list of elite teams. The only reason Bethesda ECNL is included is because of MRM Rush plyers and coaches.
Pipeline and Celtic are stronger than the bottom half of ECNL and DA.
