It's a college forum, not a KKKollege forum.

Which school did you go to?

Why is that relevant?

Good example of a school to avoid.

I went to MIT.

I am the PP you asked, and I did not attend MIT.

Can we please go back to the serious discussion.

This is a thread about college rankings. It is, by definition, not a serious discussion.

I also went to MIT. Or did I?

Depends.

Who are you?

Good suggestion, will see if there's an easy way to get the actual data.

I'm not sure about "less politicized," but look for schools with a higher percentage of students who major in natural sciences and engineering. There's less time for nonsense in real courses.

Since the GOP deny climate change and are shutting down anything having to do with open data that can be used to drive policy, because decisions should be made on the basis of the President's gut, I am not sure how you can say this.

Good suggestion. How can I look for that data? And, does it apply to undergrad too? (am confused by the US system of "liberal arts")

Go through all the college common data sets and look at the percentage of students in each major and do the calculation. I know of no online source that does this, but it would be helpful.
