No one had to see anything as far as what happened that day.
All folks gotta do is peep the slideshow of 400+ suspects caught on camera riding those illegal bikes, dirt bikes and ATVs around the city and help identify any of them.
$250 reward not for seeing what happened just for recognizing a face in a picture.

Why aren't the boys who invade DC every weekend riding them in the woods, where it's legal and they won't hurt anyone? Unless the goal is to intimidate and break laws with impunity? Hmm.
You can't "invade DC" when you're a DC resident.
Why do they ride in DC? Because they live in DC.
No they don't.
You think they're trailering their ATVs and dirt bikes into DC from somewhere else?!?!
Hahahahahahahahaha!!!!
You think most kids from DC can afford dirt bikes? The bikes are $700+. Have you even been to DC?!
That's pretty steep if your family is struggling financially . More likely they are riding them across the line from PG county where they are wealthier and close enough to ride through and cause chaos.
You REALLY don’t understand DC![]()
I'm well aquatinted with it actually. Probably moreso in parts that you wouldn't drive through let alone set foot in.

The beltway doesn't have drivers equivalent to what these bikes are doing 24/7/365. I spend many hours on the beltway. You're exaggerating to prove a point but most of the time it's too jam packed for a car to do anything close to what these bikes are doing.
Cool story though.
Really? They're there all the time? I've driven on the Beltway and 270 many many times, and I've encountered a reckless group of motorcycle drivers once. Well, maybe twice, if you count a group on their way to Rolling Thunder.
Yeah, really. There is too much traffic for cars to be weaving in and out, driving between other cars (not in a lane), and going more than 80. Not to mention these bike ride in packs. You haven't seen a pack of 20+ cars driving recklessly at top speeds in traffic. You just haven't. Its physically impossible with the amount of traffic on the beltway at any hour.
There doesn't need to be a pack of 20+ cars to equal the danger of a group of reckless motorcycle drivers. The difference is that dangerous individual car drivers on the Beltway are normal, so you don't notice them. Car crashes, including deadly crashes, on the Beltway are normal, so you don't notice them. Groups of reckless motorcycle drivers are not normal - and probably you don't yourself drive a motorcycle - so you do notice them.
