Anonymous wrote:Ah, Bullis bashing again. I still don’t understand why folks try to fight all these anonymous trolls who are invested in dragging the school through the mud. To hell with them. Why do you care? If your child is happy and is receiving a great education there, log off DCUM and stay off like the vast majority of other parents.
The folks who are having a good experience there (or at any school) aren’t looking to share that info on DCUM, and those with only negative things to say shout about it from the rooftops on here. So, opinions are incredibly skewed, and anyone on here should realize that. Sadly, I don’t think prospective parents do, and they read all of this and think that the thoughts expressed are universal.
Mind you, there are very few posters who have first-hand experience of the school, so the basis of most of these opinions is rumors, second-hand info, recycled opinions from those who’ve had negative experiences themselves at the school, or other DCUM threads. Suffice to say that unless your child attends maybe four schools in this area, and your school sends all its graduates to Ivy League colleges, your school is a waste of space. Start from that assumption, and you will understand everything you need to about how DCUM operates. I fully expect folks to trash this post, but again, it’s DCUM, so trash away! You can’t help it![]()
Have a good evening.

Not being able to cover payroll isn't generally considered a sign of financial strength, but I have no idea what the school's actual financial situation is. I do know that my kid suffered from a year of pretty disgruntled teachers.
How did that play out?
Turns out the teachers didn't like being asked to take a pay cut to cover the budget shortfall. Do you rock it at work when you feel undervalued and underpaid?

Anonymous wrote:The way people are acting, both for and against Bullis, is very childish. I hear the smack talk, but have yet to hear how or why people know this to be true. If you are going to speak badly from personal experience, it would be more helpful to both sides to give specific examples. You could actually help bring about change by doing so and wouldn’t that be more productive than whining about how bad it is?
Anonymous wrote:You won’t get honest feedback here since negative posts about Bullis are deleted in the typical entitled me-me-me attitude of the school.
And this goes in 3...2...1
