Well, his act of leaving a person in Medical need without care potentially opened up another karmic lesson later in life too. That is how karma works, I’d uou believe in such a thing. And by the way, the kid bully was most likely a victim of some type of abuse or bullying in his home to take it out on someone at school. Whether it’s the chicken or the egg, at some point you just have to fry and eat that shit, and move on.
