Happened to watch part of their game vs FCV yesterday and I'm not sure I saw any attempts to pass the ball, everything was a very quick long ball. Girls are fast and athletic, but no way is this possession. Added to this, Arlington parents were speaking negatively right at FCV girls. Not a DA club I'd be interested in.
No one called out the 04 team specifically, the younger teams were mentioned. Since you were at Evergreen already, you are likely either FCV already, or another club that uses that facility. If FCV, your comments are not surprising!

Why on earth are you people talking about 9 year olds?
Because he/she wants you to know just how good his/her son is, of course. There is no other reason to talk about a 9-year old's B team as being the 'best B team in the area'
This U10 group of parents on the top white/red teams is crazy. You can go look at the old posts on DCUM tryout thread when they were trying out for U9 as little 7/8 year olds. Same exact humble brags. They were so enamoured then and they still are today at every practice. Barf
Insufferable bunch indeed. It’s fairly typical there though. A bunch of uncoordinated dorks living vicariously through their children. Used to ass-kissing and networking at the Firm and applying those skills at the Club. Not a former top athlete in the bunch (though they fancy themselves that way by their manner of dress).
Ah, I get it now. You're a former athlete whose kid didn't make the team, and now you're bitter.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Arlington U10 boys Red and White have lots of undersized kids who are very athletic.
As a BSC parent that has played against both, I can attest to that.
Small, fast, and skilled. Red is very good, and White is probably the best "B" team in the region.
Disappointing they won't be at the Bethesda Tournament this year, but with the field situation I totally understand.
Hmmmm....what [i]parent[b] has played against both a U10 A and B team? "The best B team" in the region? That is too strange as to not feel like it's coming from a parent on that "B" team. Weird.

9-year olds, correct?
