Is that happening next year? I keep hearing rumblings.
Rumor: U13's boys DA to drop for 2020-21 season like U12s did.
Rumblings: MLS to split or form their own league to play more internationals, other tournaments.

But more importantly, can they still call themselves a “DA team”? I know that’s really important to Arlington parents![]()
I think Club DA is done. There isn’t going to be an expansion in 2 years.
VDA boys didn't go to ECNL, just Loudoun.
Yet...
Nice try, they didn't get turned down for a full DA, already have it.

It’s the latest arrival in the latter league’s sustained push to grow its membership nationwide.
Arlington moving to girls DA is the antithesis of most of the other top girl Clubs. I wonder if the girls will eventually migrate away from Arlington in the older age groups like they used to.
The boys look to have a collapsing DA program. No U12, looks like no U13 in 2021 and they did not get expansion for U16.
I think we can pretty much say with Loudoun's migration that Club DA in the DMV is toast.
