Subject: Breaking: Cohen exploring possible plea deal to be reached as early as today
if Trump weren't president he would be *under indictment right now*. Him being president is the only thing protecting him. And how did Trump become president? We now know he became president partly by committing felonies to cover his bad behavior.

He pled to lesser charges. Now do you think that would have been allowed if they had something huge on Trump? No. You are allowed to influence a campaign. You are not allowed to break the law. Prove Trump broke the law please.

Uh, that was the point. Campaign funds were not used. It was off the books money, fronted by Cohen and reimbursed by Trump personally to bypass filings and diclosures and influence a federal election.

It doesn’t matter whether “campaign funds” were used. A month before an election, any money that goes to something like this is subject to campaign finance laws. See John Edwards’ prosecution.

WTF are you blathering on about? Nothing in Cohens plea deal prevents Mueller from bringing additional charges— larger or smaller— at any time he damn well pleases.
